Thanks to some great advice from a friend, we called AL TERRY and literally within minutes they pulled up in from of the houseTwo GENTLEMEN came to the door, with boot covers in hand and proceeded with me in tow, to the unitThey inquired of me what the other person had said was wrong with the unit and when I related the statement that the unit wouldn't even start, this young man reached up and turned on the emergency shut off switch that had been left off, and the unit started right upThese professionals gave the entire system a thorough check and found that the REAL problem was the evaporator pump was malfunctioning and shutting off the unitThey debunked all the statements made by the prior repair person and we were up and running in a few minutes
