On December 21,customer *** *** came into our shop had windows tinted on CADILLAC STS at the time ordered in channel vent visors for windows..Was to be back in days to get the vent visors installed because you cannot roll windows down for days.So at the time of window tint
said knew he would have to come back to get the vent visors installed.He paid for window tint and vent visors at the time.gave him $off of vent visors and didnt charge him $tax on productsWe paid the taxSo it was a savings of $We have never compensate a customer for travel in years of businessWe have customers come from other states to get work done we never compensate them for travel.When he returned after vent visors had been installed he said the back ones came off--so I agreed to order stick on vent visors because he was having trouble with in channel visors but the company we deal with does not make stick on visors for that carSo I refunded monies for visors plus tax $on January 11,2018.As for damages to his carwe looked at chrome he said we damaged when we tint windows we dont even touch chrome on back of vehicleThe tint installer has worked for me for yearsHe has never damaged any ones caras far as all these damages to his car we were never informed of,and you would not take your car to another shop and they tell you another shop damaged your vehicle that is not good businessWe would like to see pictures of damages that we are being accused ofThank you.Waiting for your response
