We did work previously for this customer and I explain all my charges before, so when I went there second time I assume that customer is aware of my minimum charges, when I was done and present invoice, customer wasn't complaining about charges and did not complain about anything, now month later she writing this complain about charges was to high and floor been wet? there was not even one drop of water coming out of the shower massage when I did the job, am in the bissines for a long time and we always provid good and quality work for customers, I dont feel that am reaping people of, but some people dont realize that they paying for my knowledge that I know how to fix things, NOT for my time

As of yesterday the shower massage he installed just over months ago has stopped working properhas no pressureI have had shower massages last years and since this one is new and already not working properly-I can only conclude that the problem is with the installer. Again-his claim of satisfaction guaranteed has not yet been honored. Now I have to spend more money to get someone "qualified" to repair or replace because Handmany Home Services failed to do thisbasic job correctlyHe should be ashamed of himself for charging so much to do such a lousy job
