I am rejecting this response because:the company overcharges for the amount of labor to do a simple task like changing out existing light fixtures and there "handyman special" is deceptive advertising as the person they send out for the day has very limited knowledge & abilities.

Per the contract signed before work began and explained in the original call to book the work (We have the recording.), we charged per hour for our craftsmen on site and not by project.  We have triple checked the GPS time stamps of our craftsmen while on site and this is the time that was used...

for billing (We have this data saved.).  This has been explained multiple times to the customer.  We provided a third man, our apprentice, on the first day at no charge as our craftsmen had a scheduling issue in the morning (The customer was alerted the evening before of the schedule change.).  Further, our supervisor stopped twice on the second day and checked in with the customer to ensure all was progressing and there were no issues. The customer reported that there was no issue.  He was on site for more than 2 hours for which we did not charge the customer. There was additional work done beyond the list given here which is on the signed invoices.  Out of all the work over two days, two craftsmen and an apprentice, there were two issues.  My supervisor had to reinstall 2 lights and adjust a running toilet.  We returned promptly without question and absolutely did not charge for the return trips for the lights and a running toilet.  We have signed paper work from this trip with $0 charged.  We worked among 4 other service companies on the first day of ownership of this property.  In hind sight, we should have declined to work in such chaos. One of the companies was the moving company.  We had to work around them in the different rooms.  Our observation was that each company was hassled, haggled, and discounts were demanded from the customer at time of payment. All of our charges and work is backed up by signed contracts, recorded calls, and GPS data of the craftsmen on site.  We are proud of how our team handled this difficult situation.  We have already provided a significant discount demanded by the customer beyond what we offered as indicated by the customer above and consider this matter closed per our last conversation with the customer on the phone.
