I contacted Luis (owner) to complete some basic plumbing repairsHe failed to complete the issues and I had to reach out to him numerous times via phone and text before he returned my messagesHe came back again and once again failed to correct the issues! I then repeatedly called, texted, and e-mailed with no response! I finally got a hold of Luis via phone and he said he would refund my $and asked that I text him my home address and amount I paid to him as he was drivingI did so even though he already had my information from my invoice! Since then (two weeks ago) I have again texted, e-mailed, and called Luis with no responseI have attempted to contact him so many times I have lost count! I can provide phone and e-mail messages if neededI have not received my check or a call since I spoke with Luis two weeks agoI want my $refund AS PROMISED by Luis
