Called then in early March about a roof water leakGot an answering machineTook over a day to get a call back Then scheduled a site visit Day of visit, they called pushed back the time Owner [redacted] showed up and looked at roof issueDecided to use him for the repairOffice was to call me that day to set up a day/time for the repair to be done Office never called I called and had to leave a voice mail No call backI called again and was told the answering machine was not working properly Still went ahead and set up a day/time for work to be done on 3/30/ They never showed up on 3/or called Next day, stopped at [redacted] office and was told they were changing personnel and [redacted] would be contacted about my job to see what happened and I would get a call back from [redacted] Never got a call back that day or since then and today is 4/8/ Terrible way to run a businessThey seemed most concerned in asking about how I was referred to them for business instead of actually doing the work Very disappointed and lost time off work for all of this and still have a water leak
