The business begins its response with "starting from the beginning" It appears said business has selective recall of what actually occurred at "the beginning." Initially prior to moving forward with the painting project, I conducted a walk through of the property with said business to discuss exactly what needed to be done I showed said business water stains on the ceiling, in several rooms (kitchen, hallway, great room, master bedroom); Cracks in the ceiling and walls (kitchen, great room, bedroom); and popped out nail in ceiling (one bedroom) which needed to be repaired prior to paintingSaid business stated the issues would be fixed prior to paintingThey were not Said business used rust-oleum to cover the stains on the ceilingSome stains have bled through and some stains on the ceiling (in hallway) were not even touched During the walk through of the house, no ceiling paper showed signs of ruffling The ruffling and paint peeling off the walls and bubbling (one bedroom, one bathroom and hallway) didn't occur until after it was painted Said business contributes the cracks occurring due to the property settling after it was painted Not true for reasons stated aboveSaid business's recollection of events are equally defective when it asserts "she claims to have called the office but never communicated to anyone at the office." Not less than a week after said business had completed the painting said proprietor was personally contacted due to the fact that areas were not painted; taped pulled off the cabinets had stripped the finish in the kitchen and bathrooms Said business did come out yet still did not complete the work properly Additionally, I pointed out to said business where a second coat of paint was needed in a bedroom and bathroom Said business stated "it was just shadows on the wall." Said business asserts I should have told the business that additional problems needed to be fixed Maybe said business makes a practice of going back numerous times to fix "problems." I believe after the second contact was made to have said problems corrected and they are not, it would be synonymous to continuing to do the same thing and expecting a different result Of utmost importance, said business should complete a job correctly the first time As a customer I should not expect to have a Revdex.com business continue to work one job two, three, four times to get it right At what time does this become redundantSaid business rambles on about issues that are not based in fact; therefore, no response is neededSaid business infers wanting something for free Here again said business has faulty memory I paid for repairs to be made and painting be completed correctly the first time What I've experienced with said business is that it does not believe in doing a job with integrity

Here again said business has faulty memory. I paid for repairs to be made and painting be completed correctly the first time. What I've experienced with said business is that it does not believe in doing a job with integrity

Starting from the beginning
- The work was completed at August of
- She claims to have called the business but never communicated with anyone at the office
It wasn’t until it was revealed that she had actually responded to a text message with thank youshe admitted it happenedIf there was an issue as she states what customer would only respond with thank you and not say that they have been trying to get the work corrected
- Then the customer sends pictures stating that a picture is worth a thousand words which is trueWhere she expects someone to believe that she paid when the job was complete and these imperfections were supposed to have happened within the weeksThat’s not even possibleFirst off if you refer to the invoice it states that repairs are on the ceilingWhich looking at the pictures there seems to be one picture that is actually on the ceilingWhich shows and obvious nail popWhich didn’t happen within weeks
- There are multiple pictures that shows where the wall and ceiling and paper rufflingIt’s obvious to anyone that knows anything about construction this damage is from a leak or at the least the area was exposed to moisture which could not have happened in two weeks but would not have been covered by us anyway
There are a couple of other pics that show cracks where the wall and ceiling meet where the invoice clearly states that the repairs are to the ceilingIts obvious that the property is still shifting among other things. Mrs *** is attempting to get something for free which is not uncommonWith that said there is still no way these things appeared within weeks of completion of the workI believe these things happened over the winter and now she is trying to get something for freeWhich would explain why it took her so long to contact the Revdex.com. I’m sure she will come up with another lame reason why it took so longBut none will make as much sense as the obvious which is that she is trying to get something for free
As long as we have been in business we have NEVER had a customer complain that we refused to fix anything that was agreed toSince her items are Especially minor it would have been easy to get a guy out But this customer would want you all to believe that we did something totally out of characterWith the number of years we have been in business that alone makes it obvious that its not trueRight now she's throwing spaghetti against the wall to see what sticks
To sum up she really expects someone to believe that she paid the bill but at the time didn't notice these large seems in the walls or that they appeared a couple of weeks laterShe also wants someone to believe that the picture showing obvious leak appeared in to weeksWhere that would not be covered by us anyway .But then she attempted to contact us with no response “according to her” But later it was shown to be a lie with a text message that she only responded with Thank youBut then decided to send pictures that are obviously not from weeks after work was completed

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/06/05) */
Mr [redacted] called a couple of months ago and I spoke to him concerning the house he purchased in 2016 which I designed for the original owner. During that conversation he asked for a set of plans of the house. I relayed to him that I would have...

to look for them in the archives and would then forward a copy to him if they still existed. I did not ask to be paid for the time it would take to locate those plans or for the copies. He started calling me again 2 or 3 weeks ago... at times multiple times a day. I will call him later today to let him know that I could locate the plans for the house he now owns.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2017/06/06) */
TK Ladd contacted me today 6/5/2017. She was the Architect for the home at [redacted] She says she has checked her files and documents but can not find the plans for my property. Since she contacted me and stated that she can not find the plans for my property, I would like to have this case closed as no resolution provided.
Thank you,

This is the first time we have heard about this issue...Haven't been contacted by this person at all about any issue.. Our records do not reflect this work being performed by Our company. Would like to see a copy of the paid invoice

The business begins its response with "starting from the beginning"  It appears said business has selective recall of what actually occurred at "the beginning." Initially prior to moving forward with the painting project, I conducted a walk through of the property with said business to discuss exactly what needed to be done.  I showed said business water stains on the ceiling, in several rooms (kitchen, hallway, great room, master bedroom); Cracks in the ceiling and walls (kitchen, great room, bedroom); and popped out nail in ceiling (one bedroom) which needed to be repaired prior to painting. Said business stated the issues would be fixed prior to painting. They were not.  Said business used rust-oleum to cover the stains on the ceiling. Some stains have bled through and some stains on the ceiling (in hallway) were not even touched.   During the walk through of the house, no ceiling paper showed signs of ruffling.  The ruffling and paint peeling off the walls and bubbling (one bedroom, one bathroom and hallway) didn't occur until after it was painted.  Said business contributes the cracks occurring due to the  property settling after it was painted.  Not true for reasons stated above. Said business's recollection of events are equally defective when it asserts "she claims to have called the office but never communicated to anyone at the office."  Not less than a week after said business had completed the painting said proprietor was personally contacted due to the fact that areas were not painted; taped pulled off the cabinets had stripped the finish in the kitchen and bathrooms.  Said business did come out yet still did not complete the work properly.  Additionally, I pointed out to said business where a second coat of paint was needed in a bedroom and bathroom.  Said business stated "it was just shadows on the wall."  Said business asserts I should have told the business that additional problems needed to be fixed.  Maybe said business makes a practice of going back numerous times to fix "problems."  I believe after the second contact was made to have said problems corrected and they are not, it would be synonymous to continuing to do the same thing and expecting a different result.  Of utmost importance, said business should complete a job correctly the first time.  As a customer I should not expect to have a Revdex.com business continue to work one job two, three, four times to get it right.  At what time does this become redundant. Said business rambles on about issues that are not based in fact; therefore, no response is needed. Said business infers wanting something for free.  Here again said business has faulty memory.  I paid for repairs to be made and painting be completed correctly the first time.  What I've experienced with said business is that it does not believe in doing a job with integrity.

Starting from the beginning
1 - The work was completed at August of 2015
2 - She claims to have called the business  but never communicated with anyone at the office.
It wasn’t until it was revealed that she had actually responded to a text message with thank you. she admitted it happened. If there was an issue as she states what customer would only respond with thank you and not say that they have been trying to get the work corrected.
3 - Then the customer sends pictures stating that a picture is worth a thousand words which is true. Where she expects someone to believe that she paid when the job was complete and these imperfections were supposed to have happened within the 2 weeks. That’s not even possible. First off if you refer to the invoice it states that repairs are on the ceiling. Which looking at the pictures there seems to be one picture that is actually on the ceiling. Which shows and obvious nail pop. Which didn’t happen within 2 weeks
4 - There are multiple pictures that shows where the wall and ceiling and paper ruffling. It’s obvious to anyone that knows anything about construction this damage is from a leak or at the least the area was exposed to moisture which could not have happened in two weeks but would not have been covered by us anyway
There are a couple of other pics that show cracks where the wall and ceiling meet where the invoice clearly states that the repairs are to the ceiling. Its obvious that the property is still shifting among other things.  Mrs [redacted] is attempting to get something for free which is not uncommon. With that said there is still no way these things appeared within 2 weeks of completion of the work. I believe these things happened over the winter and now she is trying to get something for free. Which would explain why it took her so long to contact the Revdex.com.  I’m sure she will come up with another lame reason why it took so long. But none will make as much sense as the obvious which is that she is trying to get something for free
As long as we have been in business we have NEVER had a customer complain that we refused to fix anything that was agreed to.  To sum up she really expects someone to believe that she paid the bill but at the time didn't notice these large seems in the walls or that they appeared a couple of weeks later. She also wants someone to believe that the picture showing obvious leak appeared in to weeks. Where that would not be covered by us anyway .But then she attempted to contact us with no response “according to her” But later it was shown to be a lie with a text message that she only responded with Thank you..
