concern, I spoke with *** *** at 9:a.m today july 17th about a recent complaint your office received from a *** *** about myself and or my company Elite remodelingIf you look closely at *** complaint is definatley only one side of the storyWE DO NOT HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT SIGNED everything shes saying is null and void of any reason for firing meI will agree to have a meeting at your offices in front of mediation and under oath with *** present and I want that woman to tell everyone what her reason was for firing mebecause I can;t make sense of itI told her the project would take 3-weeks with no snaggs, I also told her that time starts ticking the day she signs the contractshe never did. How serious can I get about a project where the customer won't meet to discuss the major snag we encountered the first day of demolition and who won't sign the contract we discuss havingYou see upon gutting the bath we encountered a heat run to *** 2nd floor it was wrapped in several coats of old asbestos,It was precisley where the new closet door was to goI immediately called an HVAC contractor certified to abate asbestos (*** *** *** plumbing) he came out as soon as he could, but told me not to disturb it and it would be safeI knew *** was on a budget and this was gonna cost, so I wanted to discuss the details with *** before going any further but with bad communication and no signed contract? I feel she breached the so called verbal agreementnot mePlease keep me posted I floundered once in this business because I ignored illegitimate complaints like theseI refuse to have my reputation tarnished over something like this I did nothing wrong and bent over backwards to try and meet her budget, EVERYONE knows how good a carpenter I am* *** came to me for a reasoneven with the heat run I was still able to save the budget and I only needed the weeks I said I needed to finish the project look at her dates in her complaint and you'll realize what I later did*** *** ***y to just let him take over and he'd save her money, now that the two non-remodeling contractors got a little reality check when they realized they don't have the resources I have and the people to get it done efficiantlyits my fault? I gave J*** her key back the day I knew she wanted it and Iv'e never stolen a thing in my life nor would I even think of entering someones home unannonced or uninvited so I don't understand her concerns about the keydid she mention still having a bunch of my stuff in her possession? I want this resolved immediately!!! Sincerly, *** *** ph. ***

I do not believe he is justified. He is not going to change his mind, and I am not going to change mine.I have hired an attorney due to his procrastination in responding to this complaint which is the same reason he was fired from the job. He gutted my bathroom and procrastinated for over a week to do anything further. His communication was extremely poor as was his response when I fired him. I do not appreciate the vulgar language he used and the horrible names he called me. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
