Diamond Freight Systems employees were unprofessional and did not provide consistent informationThey contradicted each other so I could not be sure they were being truthful
I was given a four hour window of 10-for a recliner delivery on 1-25-and was told they would note that it should be "the earlier the better"I called the day of delivery to ask if they had an idea of delivery as I do understand it depends on how items are packed in the truck, time spent at other homes, etcI was told about 1:When still no delivery at 1:45, I called again and was told I the driver would contact me an hour beforeI said that was the first time I had heard that and that I had not received one even thought it was almost the end of the windowThe staff person said "you shouldn't have been given a hour window, I would give you an hour window"I said that I was very frustrated and he said he would transfer me to "the President"I waited and a voice said hello but would not identify himself When I pressed for his name and title, he hung upI called back to get a status on delivery and a woman answered and I was put on hold for minutesI called again and was told they had "opened a problem"He said that the driver is an hour behind and could not be reached I again stated how frustrated and unhappy I was with the service and he laughed and told me that Eric decided I'm not getting delivery today and that they'll call me later to rescheduleI asked why I hadn't been told upfront that it had been cancelled and he said that Eric was the president and that I shouldn't have complained about the customer service
My opinion is based on poor customer service and what I feel is unprofessionalismI cancelled my order from QVC and purchased elsewhere

In my original complaint, I had misstated the amount of work still needed to be completed at my home. He has only completed about 10% of the work and about % of the work still needs to be completed. The railing can be pulled up from the ground and needs to be installed deeper and to
pour the concrete around the base of the rails to prevent it from coming loose and raised up. I still have not heard from him and am waiting for him to finish the job for which he has been fully paid

We built a handrail but you did not like and we rebuild it smallerLater you said it was too short and we made an appointment to return but you were not thereWe made another appointment to visit but you were not there againLater we received calls and text with threats of violenceWe built the hand rail times and will not return

My understanding is that we were fired from the job because it was ta[redacted] to long.
As far as payment , payment was not in full and customer held part of it back.
Sliding glass door that customer ordered was in correct. I returned the door and ordered correct door...

at and additional cost to me. I paid the extra 200.00 to get the door ordered and then customer had another contractor pick up the door off of my account without paying the difference. To take a door or anything off of my account at the store was wrong. Without my permission and now I am out the additional cost of the door and the time spent returning in and getting correct door ordered. Had customer allowed me to ordered the the in the first place this big delay would not have happened. Trim around door was not put in because of correct door not installed yet. If there was additional cost in completing this job it was due to not allowing us to finish. First door took 21 days to arrive and the 2nd door also took 21 days to arrive.
The door ;locks in question were on site and on counter to be installed. The second load of trash was schedule to be remove the same day we were fired. Trailer was being emptied at dump that same day so it could be returned to refill with remaining trash.
Being fired did not allow us to return and complete. There was money still owned to us that was never paid.

[We paid for the windows and door with my Bank of America Visa card on 12/10/14, for the amount of $2773.70,  Mr. [redacted]s name was on my order as he was the contractor who measured and would pick up the windows and door.  The door was measured wrong per J. [redacted] and had to be re-order at no cost to them.  The new door arrived broken and again we had to wait for 10 more days and no cost due to Lowes mistake.  So to say he was out of pocket $200.00 dollars is wrong and then try to take the door that was already paid by me is wrong as well.  The cost to install the windows and door was $975.00 we paid half at the start and would pay the second half upon completion of the installation.  As for the debris removal they were paid in full for the initial removal which was removal and disposal of two  toilets, old carpet and padding, existing windows and baseboards.  The toilets and old carpet and padding to include broken window left in the back patio with old countertops was easily accessible to them as it was in the backyard and they still had access up to 2/20/15.  He had access to the house and backyard up to 2/20/15.  They never went back to dispose of all debris and to finish the issues we brought to his attention.  I sent him an email on 2/5/15, and my husband called him on or about 2/11/15, and we were reassured all issue would be taken care of and corrected.  As to the door knobs they only replaced the knobs for the interior doors i.e. bedrooms and bathrooms and not the outside doors which require loc[redacted] mechanisms and deadbolts.  They were not in the house as stated by [redacted], we had to purchase new loc[redacted] door knobs.  I also had to hire a new plumber to re-install the kitchen sink as it was left unattached.  I hired a new contractor to pick up the patio door and install as well as complete baseboards which were missing from behind the doors and closet area.  The new contractor had to complete the countertops as the edging was left undone by Mr. [redacted] and his partner J. [redacted].  We had to dispose of the debris to include the two toilets, carpet, padding, broken window and old countertops.  I would appreciate some accountability on behalf of Mr [redacted] as to the issues we had with negative response or attempts to reconcile our problems.  He has refused to answer our calls to resolve the issues he had ample finish the job.

Review: I hired this business in June 2014 to install the basket strainers for a kitchen sink, a toilet, and a bathroom vanity, including its plumbing. The two men running the business came and worked, but they had not gotten the right part to finish the bathroom vanity plumbing, and told me they would return at another point to finish. However, since they had finished all the other work at this point, I went ahead and paid them in full with a check for the total amount of $300. When I checked the work they had done, I noticed water was leaking from the kitchen sink, as well as around the base of the toilet. The workers never came back to finish the vanity installation, and they stopped responding to my emails. Concerned about the quality of the other work they had done, I called Roto-Rooter and had a technician come to my house to check the work. The technician said that he found the work to be incomplete and badly done. He said that the kitchen strainers were not only improperly installed, but not all the necessary parts from the kit had been used, therefore causing a leak. The toilet had been installed using the wrong sized flange, and no glue of any sort was used to secure the base; all of this was causing water to leak at the base of the toilet. In addition to all of this, the work on the vanity was left unfinished. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed with the work this business did on my home. I sent the company a few emails recently asking them to pay for the cost of me having to hire Roto-Rooter; I did not even want a refund of the $300 they had charged, I just wanted the $263 I paid to have the plumbing fixed. The company responded to my first email, asking that I provide them with a copy of the bill. I emailed them a copy of the bill, and received no response. In addition, I sent them another email recently, asking when they planned to get back to me. I have yet to hear from them. Overall, I am very upset and disappointed in how I have been treated.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to send us a check for the $263 we paid Roto-Rooter to finish the job that was left undone and done badly.

Review: We entered into an agreement with IV Handyman to tile, grout, paint and install baseboards, windows, patio door, and door fixtures. To include kitchen cabinet updates with new countertops to include removal of the kitchen sink and reinstallation. This also included the removal of the old carpets and toilets with disposal of all trash and debris from the worksite. We also paid for new doorknobs and three doors required loc[redacted] doorknobs. Payment was made with all jobs at the start which was 50% of the cost and remaining balance of payment upon completion. All work was paid in full for the installation of the tile grout, baseboards and new toilets and shower, tub enclosure with new sink. The only outstanding balance was for completion of the sliding door installation and countertops with sink installation. The sliding door was ordered wrong dimensions and then stated that it was broken so we had to wait. The order was made in December 10, 2014, and the new re-order for the sliding glass door was on February 06, 2015, the door did not come in until February 20th, 2015.Upon inspection of the tile work we had issues with the grout being smeared on the existing tile and caul[redacted] was just smeared in locations which was very obvious and there were missing baseboards in closets and behind doors. The doorknobs were paid in full but not all doorknobs were installed. The kitchen countertops were incomplete and the sink was placed back but not connected to plumbing so we had a new plumber to complete the job. We had to hire a new contractor to complete the kitchen counters and install the sliding patio door and install missing baseboards. We had to purchase loc[redacted] doorknobs to install in three remaining doors. We also had to remove the debris removal which had already been paid for, this was the old carpet and padding and old toilets and broken windows left in the back yard excess tile pieces and old paint just lying around in open buckets. We made numerous attempts to correct the issueDesired Settlement: We would like a refund due to the items that were paid for and not completed. We made numerous attempts to contact [redacted] with negative results. We paid for the doorknobs and trash removal and completion of the other work to our satisfaction
