I'm surprised you have been in business this long I have spoke with others who have had the same experience with Culpeper Cleaners They had brought items in to be cleaned, the cleaners proceeded to ruin them and place the blame on the customerCulpeper Cleaners has made NO attempt to resolve the issueI want reimbursement for the hat they destroyed and will accept nothing less Regards, [redacted]

These items were dirty and damaged before they came into the cleanersThe dress was cleaned as is and given back in the same condition it was receivedNo refund will be given at this time as service was performed as requested
