days due to all complaints. Kitchen cabinets should have taken 4 hours but after all complaints 3 days of painting. Flooring on day 3 customer was in my sub-contractors face yelling and screaming. Sub walked off job I have worked with him for almost 10 years. On day 3 with crew of 4 working on flooring and dealing with customer only had 300 sq ft laid. Customer made no effort to move any furniture. The whole job should have taken 4-5 days with all complaints, and customer changing mind on how they wanted floor installed, job has taken over 18 days. The customer has only paid $ 440. I offered to fix all problem areas and reduce bill by over 2k. Customer not happy. I even offered to walk away with nothing if they removed complaints. Customer still not happy.
