Handyman, The

Since my last review of the handyman, I have some positive feedback. He has returned to my house and repaired my dryer hose with parts needed. He purchased the required parts out of his own pocket and everything seems to be working as it should. I would say the Handyman is concerned about the customer and provides good customer service. The Handyman does not want to leave you unsatisfied with the work he does for you.

My dryer hose came loose and I wanted to get it reconnected and send the lint out from under the house. It was written on the invoice exactly like this, "$150 to cut tile and reconnect dryer vent hose. Tape pipe under house that connects to vent hose in house." After [redacted] the Handyman left, I reconnected the dryer and it was not blowing outside where the the vent is attached to wall. I called to let handyman know but that part about it blowing outside the house was not in the invoice. I guess I should pay better attention to how stuff is written. Even though the Handyman more than likely pulled the vent hose loose himself while fixing the other end, it wasn't written in the invoice.
