Mr. was given over $5K to start our job. He cashed check and went Awall. Phone not in service now either.
Mr. was given over $5K which was just for materials and not the job or labor to purchase the materials from ***. He received the check before the weekend and confirmed with our head contractors and my husband, and he cashed the check that day, but he has not responded to anyone, and he did not purchase the materials. If you call, his number doesn't pick up and an automated service says he is not accepting calls at this time. Before that his vm was full. What he has done to our family is inexcusable. If he isn't hurt, in a ditch or dead, then he basically committed a felony, and the worst part is now we can't finish our Job on our house. We are trying to figure out what to do to make it work, as we do not have the funds to pay another subcontractor to go get the materials and do the work, due to Mr. theft. We even served him with a paper stating that he had 24 hours which ended at 4 PM today to respond to our lawyer or us, or we would press charges. I will never write a bad review unless it is really bad, but what we just had happen to our family should not happen to anyone. Do not believe his YouTube videos or his office location, as I believe that is fake too. We have learned a horrible lesson and Mr. if you believe in Karma or have any decency then you will return the $ that is owed to us, so we can hire a professional person who will finish our job. I am going to go and reach out to all of your reviewers and see if they really know you, and then I might even start a website to find out all the people or families you have stolen $ from, so I can have a large case to put in your file, so you can get what you deserve. Please have the decency to do the right thing.

We just want our $ back. We do not want to continue services.

The owner of this company, Kelly ***, was hired to do home repairs but failed to keep appointments or complete the work. During the interview with him he constantly emphasized his flexibility and assurances he was available evenings and weekends but this was not the case.

He greatly inconvenienced us when he called just before appointed times to cancel, substituted an inexperienced 'friend' in his place to do partial installations, and on the last time we dealt with him changed the appointment for 2 hours earlier without prior notice. We explained to him many times that we're not at liberty to come and go whenever we please at our jobs, but are obliged to request time off 48 hours in advance and line up co-workers to provide back-up assistance.

We sent him an email days before our last appointment reiterating the importance that no further issues would arise preventing him from completing the job. We again mentioned our work constraints, and a pending visit from our realtor the following day which meant this work had to be completed on time.

He emailed me at work the day of this appointment stating he was on the way to my house and would be there at NOON when his original window was for 2 pm-4 pm. I responded that I couldn't leave work that early. He called me on the phone and when I told him it seemed he had no memory of our previous conversations or written instructions he bailed out on the job and quit leaving us with the project unfinished.

He then accused us of not be ABLE to pay him, "scamming him" for FREE work and threatening a lien on our property because he refused to accept a check or money order, instead expecting us to give credit card information over the phone so he could collect the balance owed for the partial work.

Mr. has proved himself completely irresponsible, and unreliable, as well as extremely RUDE with his accusations of non-payment & scamming comments to us and there is no way I'm giving this person access to my financial information!

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Owner must send a bill for work performed via USPS and also provide an address to which we will mail his check/money order. He refuses to give us a legitimate address. I am not giving this person access to my credit card information.
