I told her we are an ambulatory Surgery Center held to higher standards by the Department of Health and that I considered us a safe place to do her procedure. She said she would discuss it with her husband. After speaking with her husband, she said she was not going to do the procedure and left. The Center does NOT charge patients a cancelation fee. We did NOT send her an invoice for $50.00. She must contact the physician directly. We have no control over the doctors cancellation fee.
