For some inexplicable reason, the above comments were tagged to the wrong contractor. The Hanes Home Improvement they are complaining about is located in Virginia (see address). The Hanes Home Improvement that Facebook tagged these comments to is the Hanes Home Improvement located in Bel Air, Maryland, owned and operated by Robert Hanes. I had contracted Robert to build a standing garage from scratch for me in 2023. I was, and still am, thrilled with his work. On-site supervision and communication were over the top. I would not hesitate to hire Robert again for any of my home remodeling needs. It's a shame that Facebook Meta AI messed this up, as the man's reputation is his livelihood.
