what she was going to do with it afterwards. On every install job, we offer (prior to removing materials) to haul a toilet away for $35 (as per our usual haul-off fee). Complainant declined. Technician then offered to take toilet to complainant's trash bin for her. She asked if trash company would pick up. Technician said, "yes, they should take it, it is porcelain, just like old dinner plates. I will make it fit into bin for you if that is what you would like to do instead of a haul off." She agreed to that and the technician took toilet and tank to trash bin and broke it apart only so it would fit in trash bin. At no point did he say he would crush it into plate sized pieces. The customer could have done this herself if that is her desired size of breakage. A toilet that we remove from the floor in a customers house is not our property, and anything we do with it at customers request is a courtesy. When customer called and said trash company would not pick it up, the technician once again offered to come back and pick up for our usual $35 fee. She once again declined.

In closing, I would like to note that we have been in business since 2005 and have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com in all of those 11 years.
