Review: Haney did and unauthorized debit to my account, It was also a wrong address charged.
On 11/15/13 I noticed an amount of $154 withdrawn from my account. I called and spoke to [redacted] who at that point started to argue with me and told me that it was impossible, they dont do that. I asked her to please check, and immediately she apologized and assured me she was reversing the charge that day. upon further investigating, she found that it was even an incorrect charge to the wrong address. so it was both an unauthorized debit and a wrongful charge. I hadnt seen it reflect in my account by 11/18/13 so I e-mailed the company to verify it was being reversed, and [redacted] responded and assured me it was being reversed that day. so I waited another couple days and hadnt heard back form the company nor did the reversal reflect in my account, so I e-mailed again and was told by [redacted] on 11/20/13 that it was reversed on 11/18/13. so I waited 7 days and e-mail again on 11/27/13 and then [redacted] told me via e-mail it would not be reversed until 12/2/13, which it wasnt reversed until 12/3/13. I dont know how many accounts they have or how many people from those other accounts they do this to and dont notice, but it is common in my area. they pul unauthorized funds and take a ridiculous amount of time to return it, and when you have a bill they call out of control and charge interest or lien homes. just completely dissatisfied with this company and thier service.Desired Settlement: not seeking settlement, just want to document complaint.
