Review: I made a purchase of 2 shirts and paid with [redacted]. After 2 weeks of not receiving my items I tried contacting them for status on delivery. I tried every phone number and email available on line and not even once was able to talk to any one. They don't even have an answering service. I had to open a claim thru [redacted] to get my money back. Its almost a month now and still no response from them.Desired Settlement: I'm going thru the claim process thru [redacted], I should receive my money with in the next month or two.

Review: I ordered a silk western tie for my groom to be from this company 3 months in advance of my upcoming wedding. My order was processed and credit card was charged. Almost a month went by, no tie and no information from the seller. I contacted him by email (the only way to contact the seller as listed on the website). Another week went by before I got any kind of response. When he finally did respond, he said there was a shipping issue from the company he ordered from, but that the tie was on its way and would be here in a few days. Another two weeks went by, no tie. I tried to contact the seller again and heard nothing back. I had to have the tie for the wedding and I was so unsure that I would get it from hangmhigh so I found it from a different company and ordered it through them. I finally got the original tie in the mail, 2 days after I got the second one I had to order! I read the hangmhigh return policy carefully, made sure I met the requirements, packaged the tie, and returned the original tie. I know the company received it because I had it tracked. It is now almost 10 weeks since I returned the tie and I still have not received my refund or any kind of explanation as to why not. I have tried several times to contact the company with absolutely no response. They have thier brand new tie back, all I want is my refund!Desired Settlement: I paid $36.70 with shipping for a tie that we never got to use because it was so late . I returned that tie and I want at least the purchase price of $29.95 returned to me.

Review: A replacement shirt was sent for one that was out of stock. It was not the desired one and was sent back, never to be credited or replaced.

Two shirts were ordered from the company (7/5/13-invoice #[redacted]). One was out of stock(1 Scully P-[redacted] Retro Western Gunfighter Shirts Cream (Small, Cream) @ $79.95 = $79.95), but site hadn't said so when ordering. Received email from company ([redacted]) to inform us, and told them I'd wait for shirt to be restocked in September, which is when he said it'd be in. They offered to send a different shirt of choice(7/12/13), so I agreed. Replacement shirt, sent with one of the original shirts ordered, (7/15/13-Order #[redacted]) was not the desired shirt. It was sent back(Product [redacted] Jet-S) on 7/18/13, exactly as it arrived, and was documented by USPS tracking that it was received by the company(on 7/30/13 @2:30pm). The company NEVER responded in any way, despite repeated emails(7-July 18,Aug.5, Aug.6, 2 on Aug. 18, Sept.5, & Nov. 5) and multiple faxes(3) over a 5 month period. The phone# given was only a fax#, so no call could get through. No credit($79.95) was given. No replacement, for which I acknowledged in my emails that I'd pay shipping for. Not a single word in response after repeated attempts over several months. I still have documentation of all of my attempts at correspondence with this company. I love their products, but was greatly disappointed with their lack of response in this situation. I am not a wealthy person and an $80 shirt is a big purchase/loss for me. I'd like credit for the shirt returned, so that I could order an acceptable replacement. Otherwise, just give me back the shirt that I returned. At least I'd have something to show for my money.Desired Settlement: First preference-I would like credit for the shirt that I returned, so that I can order the shirt that I wanted in the first place, (1 Scully P-[redacted] Retro Western Gunfighter Shirts Cream (Small, Cream) @ $79.95 = $79.95) or an acceptable alternative if it is no longer carried in my size. Second preference-For them to return the shirt that I sent back (P-[redacted] Jet-S) so I'd at least have something to show for my money. I am willing to pay for the shipping, but would appreciate them doing that after waiting so long for a response.

On September 11, 2013 I purchased the above mentioned shirt on-line from Hang M High Western Wear. The full amount was charged to my Visa card and paid in full. I paid extra for priority air shipping. I am filing this complaint because I have not recieved the merchandise and have sent two emails (the only contact option provided) and have not recieved any response from the company.

There is no phone number listed. Desired Settlement: I would just like to get the product I ordered. If that is not possible, then a full refund is acceptible.

Review: Ordered a black shirt for $85 and never received the shirt and no response at all from them,at first I asked for the shirt,or a refund,now I would only except the $85.Mr. [redacted] of 3[redacted]no response at all,just really bad business.He has shut down his online activity and should be checked into in depth.I have been complaining to him personally over an answering machine for at least 3 months,no response from him.His answering machine said his name and what he represented,I found almost the exact same complaint after being ignored by them,and found out they dont even have 1 star.Desired Settlement: Send me a cashiers check for my $85 full refund with no communication with them at all.
