Hang Zen Massage

Had the best massage of my life today! My back has been in pain for a month now and after my massage with*** it feels SO MUCH BETTER I love how warm, clean, peaceful, and comforting the environment is at Hang ZenGreat value! I have had massages from many other places and this is the best one to date Definitely worth the time and money

I ran into this amazon local deal and found this, supposed to be a good deal on 1hour massage from Hang zen. Apparently they had a good reviews on the website so my husband purchased it for my birthday gift. I talked to the owner to make sure that they received the deal for me and printed the voucher and ready to go. On the week of my birthday I called again and left a message to make sure everything was good to go, but no confirmation call back. The day before my birthday, I received a reminder email from Hang zen and felt that was sufficient enough. Because it was 2pm appointment, I had to put aside all other birthday plans just to be there. I was very exited about the massage and I was there on time at the shop/office door. However, the door was locked only to see the notice on the door saying the office was temporarily closed due to a medical emergency. Just unbelievable. She could have at least called me in advance to cancel or reschedule my appointment, but no effforts to do anything. So upset but didn't know what else to do. Had to return home after leaving a message to the owner. A few days later, actually today, my husband finally was able to talk to her on the phone. Her response was simply, sorry but we didn't get paid any from groupon company therefore I didn't /don't have to anything for you or your wife. Just get a refund from them(groupon). That's all she could say. Wow.. This is in no way any business should treat their customers. They totally ruined my birthday and made no sincere appology or offer any gestures to compensate for ruining my birthday and the time and the drive back and forth on that day.
