Inaccurate medical billing which has not been resolved for over 4 months. [redacted] billed our insurance under multiple business names including Hanger P& O West, DBA [redacted], and [redacted], plus sent us an invoice in the name of [redacted]. The billed our secondary insurance first (which denied the claim as primary had not been billed). They billed our primary insurance carrier and were paid. Upon receipt of a bill from "[redacted]" I called and advised them that they need to bill our secondary insurance. I have since started receiving collection agency notices. Last month I called [redacted] and once again requested they bill our secondary insurance, I was advised that they would write off the balance. this has not happened as I received another collection notice today. This may impact my credit rating which has always been excellent. It is the most frustrating billing department I have ever dealt with.
