Hanger Clinic is in receipt of the complaint submitted to your office by Ms [redacted] in regards to her compression stockingsAfter further review of the order of events in questions, we strongly believe that our clinic staff followed our policies and procedure, and the policies and procedure of her insurance company, while assisting Ms [redacted] As a provider, Hanger bills or services at the time the items are delivered to the patientIn this case, our clinic staff made several attempts to contact Ms [redacted] prior to the end of the year, unfortunately, Ms [redacted] was out of town and could not take delivery of the stockings Should Ms [redacted] have any further questions or concerns, Hanger would be willing to utilize the services of a Revdex.com arbitrator in an effort to resolve this matter Please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any questions or concerns relating to this matter Sincerely, [redacted] Southwest Region Vice President

Dear Sirs, Please allow this to serve as our response to the complaint brought by MrRalph *** under Id#11007042. MrConklin’s complaint references a ‘credit’ with our Clinic for future services which he would like returned to him Mr*** did have a
credit with our office towards future services which was accrued in The credit amount reserved was used by Mr*** in for additional care that he required. I have spoken to Mr*** regarding this matter and explained the timeline of events and how his ‘credit’ was used Mr*** understood and was appreciative of the information We have also scheduled a future appointment with him to address his current needs Our patients’ care is very important to us and we will do everything that we can to assist Mr*** now and in the future. Unless additional information is needed or we hear otherwise from your office, we will consider this matter resolved. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
