I am not pleased with the service from the attendant at the front desk. I felt she was becoming upset with me when I told her I did not receive a call from the office. She stated, that was a lie, because she herself left me a message. I did not appreciate the response I received from her. I felt it was unprofessional. This happened from the office in Greenville, NC. I have had issues before from their service where I had to come back and forth to the office because they would order the wrong skin for my prosthetic, it went on for at least 3 or 4 months before receiving the correct skin, last year. I was told this past visit that the skin was never put in my charts from the last fiasco. So, I wasn't expecting to go thru the same thing as last year. The staff there basically didnt know where the skin was ordered from or the color, which I explained the skin color number was imprinted on the bottom of the foot. I do not understand why I have to go thru this again, when it should of been straighten out from the first time, last year, this happened.
