I purchased a used boat trailer from b&s on july 5, 2016.
ordered material from them to make a utility trailer.
was put off for more than a week before getting the material.
Around the 1st of august went to the tag office to get permit to weigh the trailer.
Needed another type of bill of sale from b&s in order to get permit and eventually register the trailer with the state of florida.
Today is the 12th of august 2016, still have not received the necessary paperwork.
Was told twice that it has been mailed.
For the most part, dealing with these people is alright, but they have alot to learn about customer service. And being busy is not a valid excuse,
