On February 21, 2020 I went to Mr. address and purchased a Kenmore Dryer for $130.00. Mr. stated that the dryer would have a warranty for 30 days. Before the dryer was loaded into our truck, Mr. changed out the electrical plug for the dryer. Sometime after this process the dryer was dropped while Mr. was loading the dryer into the back of our truck. Mr. stated that the damage to the corner of the dryer (left of the control panel) would not affect the dryer working properly. Once the dryer was at our location and plugged in, the dryer would not turn on. I tried to contact Mr., but was unable to. I sent my daughter back to Mr. home, and he stated that he would be at our location no later than 6 p.m. that day to look at the dryer. Two days later, after Mr. no showing up, we discovered a secondary ground was not connected, causing the unit to not have power. Once that issue was resolved, we tried to dry a small load of towels (3). The unit would not produce enough heat to dry these towels. I once again tried to contact Mr., he stated that he would be at our location on February 26th. Since that time I have sent numerous messages trying to get this issue resolved, to no avail.
