Terrible customer serviceEric would not even speak with us to help once her found out we were receiving a replacement couch under warrantyNo money spent means not help from employeesAlso I was NEVER informed that I needed to bring my old couch with my to pick up my new replacementI totally understand company (klaussner) policy but was unaware of the policy until I was told I needed to bring my old couchI am guessing I was unwarranted of any of this due to the fact no one would talk to us or help us since we weren't spending enough money
My year old mother purchased a chair from HanksPaid to have it scotch guarded and paid for deliveryThe floor room sample was very comfortableThe chair delivered was not so comfortableCalled within minutes of delivery to let them know she was not pleased with the chairThe chair was $They wanted $restocking feeThey tack on a 25% restocking fee just to be sure you don't bring their shoddy furniture backThis is my second bad experience with themWhat's the saying "Fool me once, shame on youFool me twice, shame on me"I will not be fooled a third time because I will not shop at Hank's again
