This is a follow up of my review dated 7/ The company has taken the steps necessary to correct the situation to my satisfaction Once the issue was elevated to the necessary level the company respresentative was understanding, admitted to the error and assured me that steps were being put in place so that this would not happen again I purchase a fair amount of product via the internet and it is always a bit scary to hit the submit button on a company that you have not done business with before - in this case I would do business with them again based on how the issue was resolved ***
