Review: The morning of Friday February [redacted], we took the car to have it washed. The car and its tires were in perfect condition. Before arriving at the car wash we had checked the car and it was working properly, the car gave no indication or warning that there was any problem with the tires. We left the car to be washed and when the car came out in just a matter of minutes the back left tire of the car was flat on the ground. We brought this to the owners attention and he refused to take responsibility for it, he did not pay for the damage and he did not refund our money. The damages were clear that it had occurred at that very moment, as the car was getting washed by their machines. Because the owner refused to pay for the damage we left and thought it be best to make a complaint. After leaving the car wash we removed the flat tire and noticed a fairly large tare in the tire that could have only resulted from the car wash machine taring through the tire in just a matter of minutes. We need the owner to take responsibility.Desired Settlement: The original price of the tire was $200 and I want the owner of this car wash business to take responsibility and replace the tires cost. Thank You
