We are very unhappy to hear that Mr*** is unhappy with his purchaseMr*** was given the opportunity to inspect and operate/ride the ATV prior to his purchaseOur trained mechanics did not notice any issues with the ATV while it was in our service departmentThe ATV was serviced, and all the
items on our checklist were complied withMr*** purchased this ATV "as is" as you will see on the purchase contract attachedFurthermore, when Mr*** returned up to our dealership as he mentioned, he showed up unannounced with no heads up he was coming, so we did not have the opportunity to disassembly the ATV as he mentioned in his complaintWe would have been happy to take it apart as he stats his dealership in his hometown did, however, he did not want to leave his ATV at our dealershipWe take a lot of pride in taking care of all of our customers, however, it is clear that Mr*** has buyers remorse weeks and miles later after his purchaseThis case does not justify anymore attention and should be closedRegards, Hankster's Motorsports

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter)I am not happy with Hankster's response to this complaintTo start out with, he talks about "buyer's remorse"You bet I have buyer's remorse! Who wouldn't after spending $on an ATV that I thought was almost like newI thought a business' first priority should be customer satisfaction, but Hankster's clearly doesn't care about thatAfter reviewing the original bill of sale again, I noticed that he wrote down the machine had miles at the time of purchaseRight there you have dealer fraudI know for a fact that the ATV had over miles at the time of purchase and was advertised that wayIf necessary, we can have law enforcement officials bring up the *** ad where we first seen the machineYou will see in the attached photo, the ATV currently has miles on itIf we put the miles on it that he claims we did, it should have at least miles on it nowThe only miles I put on the machine were taking it down the road a few miles the day I purchased it to try it outRight away I noticed the oil was leaking and the fan motor was not kicking it as soon as it got warmed upA few more miles may have been added loading it and loading it and driving it at Hankster's and my local dealership trying to figure out what was wrong with itCouldn't have been more than miles total on the machine since purchaseI realize now that was his first attempt at deceiving us as he gave us the original verbal warranty to call him if we had any problems with it in the first milesObviously writing miles on the bill of sale got him out of thatAfter all his lies about the machine and about his service on it, I feel he cannot be trustedFirst of all, let's talk about the VIN numberIt is supposed to be in different locations on the machine and Hankster's said he verified it wasThe VIN number is not in any of these locationsI even checked other Can Am machines at the local dealer and they all had it in all placesFurthermore, I just got a call from my local dealer that he called jealous and incompetentHe finally tracked down the original owner of the machineIt came from KentuckyThe original owner hit a tree with it the first day he owned it and spent $replacing the frame and fixing the machineThat is why there is no VIN on the frame even though he claimed he verified itAlso, after the original owner got it back, he then submerged it under water and that is why there is water in many parts of the machine where there shouldn't beThe original owner then decided to trade it off at a dealership and that's where I am guessing Hankster's got it fromYou can see the trail of deceit hereHankster's told me there was no certificate of originThat means we cannot even license it in Iowa if we wanted toI spoke with an Iowa DNR officer who deals with ATV registrations and he said if there is no VIN or certificate of origin, the previous owner needs to sign a card stating why there is no VIN numbers on it and it must be notarizedHankster's also stands by his statement that they serviced the ATV before our purchaseAs you can see in the attached picture, the oil color is not right, even after I changed itIn another picture, you will see the motor had a scored piston and rust in certain areas indicating that it was indeed submerged like the original owner in Kentucky saidThere was also water in the air boxI have pictures of that too, but it would only allow me to attach of themWe then decided to check differentials for water and found traces of water in it and also the wrong type of oilIt appears to be automatic transmission oil and the book states it should have gear oil 75Wor synthetic equivalentWhen we did take the machine back to Hankster's after hearing the noise in the motor, his service department listened to it and said it was because this model didn't have teflon coated idlers in it while the newer models didWhen I asked him to bring up the shematic on his computer, he just told me he couldn't get it to come upOur local dealer had no problem finding it and I have pictures to prove that none of the machines had the idlers on themHankster's swore there was nothing wrong with the machine and told me to take it home and that he guaranteed I wouldn't have any problems with itAt that point, I made him put a limited warranty on it which you will see in my attached bill of saleOf course that's not the one he showed you in his attachmentYou will also see that he wrote down the mileage at that timemiles doesn't sound like miles to me! Hankster's refused to give me my full money back on the machine, even though he swore there was nothing wrong with itAt that point I decided to take it home because I felt at this point I couldn't trust him on any other machine anywayWhen my local dealer found the additional problems after taking the machine apart and deciding it was indeed submerged and had no VIN on the frame, I called Hankster's back and he denied everything I said we found and called my local dealer and my insurance agent both ignorant and incompetentMy insurance agent had trouble bringing this machine up in the system with the VIN # we gave themNow we know whyWhen I threatened further action against him, he told me to "bring it on" because this wasn't his first time around the block and that he had dealt with customers like me beforeWhat type of dealer really is he then? I am not satisfied and expect to resolve this matter either by Hankster's refunding my purchase price in addition to my expenses to fix the machine at my local dealer since I couldn't trust him to fix it right anyway, or I would like $from him for my repair bills and the grief he has caused me alreadyWe purchased this ATV so I would have a reliable machine to take on a planned ATV trip on August 15th, but now probably won't even have it fixed on time due to the problems he is causing usI want this resolved ASAP, as I will have the price of a new machine invested before this is all said and done.Regards,
Mark ***

When I spoke to *** on the phone he was very rude told me he was not taking the snowmobile back said he would send me a check for $I think he should pay for all the repairs that he said the snowmobile had already had done to it this was a very very misleading add..not only is he rude but he lied about the year of the snowmobile and all the things that he had done to the snowmobileI believe what I asked for in the beginning was just
