On 1/**/2016, we received a call on our toll-free telephone line from [redacted]. [redacted] stated that she recently had surgery and now she can no longer wear the Hanky Panky bikini briefs...
she purchased on 7/*/2015 because of the surgical area and the scar from the procedure. She asked if she could return the garments to us for a refund. [redacted] said she bought the underwear from [redacted] but that [redacted] would not allow her to return them because the tags had been removed, the garments were worn and laundered and [redacted] could not provide proof of purchase. I explained that we only accept returns of items purchased from [redacted] but Hanky Panky will repair any garments that have manufacture defects. [redacted] became verbally abusive and hung up before I could provide an alternative to her situation. At no point during our lengthy conversation did [redacted] express concern regarding our products or mention possible dye poisoning. I provided [redacted] with my full name and our corporate office address as she had requested.
