Review: I turned in my vehicle in September 2013 back to Hanlees Davis Chevy and they still have not refunded my extended warenty.

On December 12th 2012 I bought a 2012 Chevy Tahoe with an extended warrenty from Hanlees Davis Chevy. I had so many mechanical issues I lemon lawed the vehicle and returned it back to Hanlees Davis Chevy on August 26th 2013. I contacted Hanlees and talked to [redacted] to get the extended warrenty cancellation paper work which I conpleted and returned on September 12th 2013. [redacted] said it was late to get the refund in the month of September but I should recieve it in October. I contacted [redacted] through email on October 29th 2013 and she said she had not heard anything yet on the refund. I once again contacted [redacted] through email on November 21st 2013 asking about the warrenty. She replied on November 25th that the warrenty company Zurich had processed the refund and it should be on the November statement for them. It is now December 26th 2013 and I have heard nothing from Hanlees and have still have not recieved a refund check. I think 4 months is beyond the time it should take to send a refund check for a warrenty of a vehicle I do not own anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund check that I am owed from Hanlees Davis Chevy since I no longer own the vehicle and have filled out the correct paperwork 4 months ago.

I was unaware of your situation regarding the timely refund of your Zurich Warranty. This was totally unacceptable on our part, and the circumstances surrounding this issue have been corrected. We do appreciate our customers bringing issues to our attention so that they can be corrected, and not repeated for other customers. I am very sorry it took so long to get your refund to you.

We will work diligently going forward to ensure that this does not happen again.

Review: When I got home, after the sale, I noticed a lot of extras I didn't want. I came to your office, I was told to go back and make right. I remember signing the papers dropping what I didn't want. I lost my original papers on a move we made. I went to Hanlees and Yolo Federal. Neither will show me a copy that I signed. At Hanlees they tell me Yolo Fed. has the coy. At Yolo Fed. they tell me Hanlees have them. They just give me copies they made. I ask Yolo to send me a receipt and a statement every month. They don't do it.Desired Settlement: Original documents with my signature with correct amount without unauthorized charges added.

I have not heard from the company since I left their office. When I went in and spoke with them they stated that they are going to take money off and send me a check. No word yet.

Because his warranty had expired he was credited back half of it to his loan. The other extra services were cancelled and a refund check should have been received.
