They agreed from our understanding that they would both share and utilize the vehicle together. Her boyfriend provided us with his documentation and the $500 down payment and we secured a loan for him and they took delivery of the vehicle. A few days later Ms. [redacted] called and complained that she didn't want the car any longer that her and her boyfriend had an argument and she was uncomfortable with this arrangement. At this time we decided to allow them to return the car. The Nissan Altima was returned and we told them we would be mailing them their down payment check of $500 which would be made out to [redacted] her boyfriend who gave us the money. A few days later Ms. [redacted]'s boyfriend [redacted] called and expressed an interest to purchase a car for himself. On May 24th we sold Mr. [redacted] a Hyundai Elantra that he had requested utilizing the $500 down payment he had given us initially. Our understanding was that this vehicle was for Mr. Taylor. I am appalled at the lies they are so blatantly telling. I know since they sold the car and then tore up the contract they had with victor taylor that they think they covered there tracks but you see I have way more than just my word I have proof these are lies. I will attach some of the proof along with this response. If you were any kind of true business people the proper way to have covered yourself would have been to put it in writing the cancellation for the altima but instead you are still being fraudulent as when you took the car from me who was not anywhere on that car either and sold it and then still used my money for the deposit. I have the proof that I was the one with the valid work info and we have the same boss so how was it I couldn't supply the info but he could and how was it I had the cash because I got paid the day before. I know because I pulled it out counted it and then victor counted it and handed it to trent. At that point I thought he was still my cosigner until we got to the financing guy.
