This is deceptive marketing and it needs to stop. The mailer is incredibly confusing and leads any reasonable consumer to believe that have won much more than just a lottery scratcher. The deception lies in the objects that one scratches are not simply symbols, but large sums of money. This would lead any reasonable person to believe that they won that sum of money.
Mrs. [redacted] has a appointment confirmed Friday 04/07/17 to cut and program 1 key and remote, replace light bulb and detail her pathfinder. We can only perform work promised at this facility. thank you
