Hanley Plumbing L.L.C.

I've been a member of 10 fitness for 8 years now. Just recently, I had an issue with something that was their fault and they were unwilling to work with me. An employee set up my account incorrectly and as a result, my bank account was charged 2 $25 fees! I received 2 letters in the mail stating that my account was insufficient. The letter came after the charges, which alerted me to check my statement because I new that I had the funds in my checking account. Come to find out, the employee set the account up under savings and that was the initial mistake. I called the gym and had the mistake corrected, but after talking to a number of representatives, absolutely nothing was resolved. Even my bank, which was at no fault at all, waived one of the fees because of my good, longstanding membership. This treatment is very unacceptable especially when it's the first time anything like this has ever happened AND the fault is on them. Something should've been done and so I do plan to cancel my membership with this gym.
