Hanna Express Inc did try to do everything just to make [redacted] happy, but no luck, she wanted to much extra. We did agree to pick up [redacted] from the airport (free of charge) just help her out on taxi fee, we wore not aware of her late night flight, she let us know one day prior arrival, witch if we...

would know it would be late night we would never agree to pick her up. But we still did it not leave her hanging. She did inspect the car in our closed to public lot under a poll light with camera, not in peach black darkness. Ones she found additional damage to her vehicle she got really upset, started to talk on high tons. She did not wanted to pay for the transportation and just leave, we told her if she dose not pay we can't release the vehicle to her. We told her we will note additional damages on Condition report on what was damaged on her vehicle and she sigh off on it releasing us on any farther claims. As off the key problem, we had to place key in the front passenger seat, cuz she was too wind up to even listen or take anything. What happen after she left we have no idea....  We had full right to fix the car in the shop of our choice first (written on BOL witch she sign) but we still let her choose shop of her choice even if we could decline and send her where we choose too. We did not expect her to be in Cleveland for the repairs, it was her choice to stay, then she emailed us that she will be going to NY and she will get estimate there, we agreed, but at the end she decided to fix in Cleveland instead of [redacted] How ever she send her car to repair more then been documented and we will only be responsible for what was documented. So when vehicle was ready we went to pay for what was ours to pay and not extra paint job she got done ( applying to rear passenger door). So our bill pay is $180 not over $300. We still agree to send her check for Front passenger door molding repair.
