Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.A check for $seems fair to me since it took me an hour to do in the conditions I had and I have to take it apart and do it again when the right parts/shims get sent to me. They were given the opportunity to take care of this and blew me off until the Revdex.com contacted them

*** with Hanna trailer gave me a call after he received complaint with Revdex.com. He was basically an arrogant jerk and thought he could lecture me about calling Revdex.com saying " Do you know how much paperwork you made for me now." and also saying " We can't check every trailer to make sure it's put together before we sell it." They did send me two bolts but they did not send me shims that were needed. He totally changed his story once he found out I contacted Revdex.com saying they would locate someone near me to fix the trailer. I ended up putting the trailer together in the snow outside in single digit temp's so I could use it because I couldn't take it anywhereI still don't have the necessary shims needed for it. He said he would send $for my time. I said he may as well send nothing because getting blown off by them and the conditions of me putting it together was not worth $25. Evidently this is a quantity and not quality and customer service dealership. I'm glad I noticed it was half put together before I put $15,worth of snowmobiles on it, evidently they don't care.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

This in response to complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted].  The customer called and said that the bolts were missing from the axle and wanted us to come to Milton, WI to install the 2 bolt.  The warranty for Triton Trailers does not work this way, that the selling dealer would travel to...

a location to make the warranty adjustment.  We will work to find a dealer in the customers area or a repair facility that is near by that is capable of making the necessary repairs.  It appears that there was some miscommunication between our Service Department and the customer regarding how the repairs would be completed. The first thing we did was to get the necessary parts to the customer so we could arrange the repairs.  We also offered that the customer could install the bolts if he had the means and we would compensate him for his time.I spoke with the customer today and he received the parts and installed them himself so he would not have to cancel his snowmobile trip as he stated in his complaint.  We agreed that I will send [redacted] a check for $25 to compensate his time.  Warranty pays .25 hours to install the 2 bolts so the warranty rate used was paid at $100 per hour which is more than fair for this repair.  The repair has been made and there are no further issues. Please let me know that you have received this response and that the case has been closed.Regards[redacted]Hanna Trailer & RV Supply, Inc7575 S. When I spoke with [redacted] on the phone this is what was agreed upon.  He said he did not think that $25 to install 2 bolts was proper compensation.  I told him warranty would pay 15 minutes to install the bolts and I would pay the warranty time at the rate of $100 per hour.  That is more than our shop rate of $90 for trailer repair.  I ask him what he thought was fair compensation and he hung up the phone on me.  He states that he is not satisfied but does not state what will make him happy.  Not sure what else I can do for him at this point.

I bought a trailer from this dealer in February of this year. They didn't fill out the proper paperwork for the title. They charged me sales tax, but did not complete the REQUIRED papers to send in to the state. So that left me to go to the DMV and register the trailer myself and had to pay the sales tax AGAIN! I'm sure I'm not the first person they have done this to. I'll bet if they are audited by the IRS, they will find a lot of money not paid into the state that was collected! I am filling a complaint to the IRS tomorrow, March 10, 2016

BAD BUSINESS!! I attempted to special order a trailer from them 6 weeks in advance. I didn't try to haggle at all with the price, I was going to pay what they were asking. All I wanted was some specific options and to receive it by a specific date and they assured me they could meet my schedule so I paid them the deposit and waited. My scheduled delivery date came and they had no trailer for me, by this time I needed the trailer for work and ended up renting one for $50 a week. When I asked for some compensation from them because I'm having to pay to rent a trailer because they didn't meet their promised delivery date they said they couldn't do anything except refund my deposit. What a waste of time! I waited six weeks for nothing! I'm guessing the trailer never even got ordered or if it did it was still several weeks away from being built and delivered. They really screwed me, I thought going with a bigger dealership I could count on them and I wouldn't get screwed around but this is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything like this. I wouldn't special order anything from them, if they don't have what your looking for in stock, go elsewhere.

+1

I selected this business to order from due to their "free shipping", after comparing with other sites. This fraudulent advertising because when I had to return the item, I was charged the re-stocking fee (clearly stated and I understood) but was ALSO charged a shipping fee for my order- they advertise and my receipt said $0 shipping charge. I paid for the return shipping, as well. So- I placed $103 order, had to return 2 pieces, paid $20 for that, $20 for their restocking and then $20 for their shipping fee which was obviously a hidden fee, not stated. I spent $125, have no merchandise- they can resell- and the refund was $65. Bad business practice. I order frequently online due to my remote location- NEVER again from this site. And their customer service emails were not polite or friendly even before I returned anything

Review: I bought a snowmobile trailer from Hanna RV and on only one side of the axle is bolted to the frame. They told me to bring it in but obviously I can't chance driving a half put together trailer so I asked if they could send someone out to do it. He said he would call me back. I never heard from him so I called and he said he mailed the parts necessary to finish putting the trailer together. This is unacceptable to me. Also I have cancelled my snowmobile trip because I have no trailer.Desired Settlement: Send someone to fix the trailer and have this documented and action taken on business.
