If they agree to fill my scripts when I call in advance then all is resolvedBut if they continue to not fill them when I call in advance then we still have an issueIf I call on the 28th to have my scripts filled for the third then they should be filled that is ample time to fill themThats all I wantThe letter that brought me to this link does not contain anything from the business I am complaining about

We have forwarded the concern to the store management to review the concern and to contact the customer to discuss resolution

We have created a case for this customer and forwarded the concern to our store payments department so that they can look into the credit card charges. The customer will then be contacted regarding.
