Hannan Towing

Review 2022-Hannan tow my box truck to their shop for $400 which I thought it was a bit too much. Danny said they could work on my type of truck. Wrong! he kept it for 3 months and decided to take it to a dealer but charge me for the Dianostic that he had them to do. He told me the best thing to do was get rid of something on my system. He would never return my calls. I had to keep calling and texting him this went on for 3 months. He finally said it was ready. It ran for 2 months and it did the same thing all over again. He told me to find another company and hung the phone on me. I did find another company then he wouldn't pickup the phone for me to get the tow amount once again. I had to go through the customers service number so I could tell them to have it ready for pickup. He later text me and said text him. Really after all, I paid almost 8000 for the repair and the truck is still broke. Thanks a lot DANNY for nothing.

Review: on 28 Sep 2013, Hannan Towing responded per a request via [redacted]) to my vehicle needing to be towed after an accident. it has since taken 2 days for my car insurance company ([redacted]) to receive my vehicle from their tow yard. The company had initially refused release of my vehicle on any conditions, and refused to provide an I9 tax form or receipt, and demanded payment in cash only, and would not even accept a business check from my insurance company. Also they refused to allow myself the owner of the car to recover U.S. Government property from the vehicle, while it was in their storage yard.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded for towing, storage and labor. it is completely uncalled for for their company to treat customers, other businesses, and military members like this.
