A couple of months later, Ms***'s father *** *** called back and had said that he had taken his car to another mechanic who had said *** split the spark plug boot and demanded that we needed to pay him for the repairsI then told Mr*** of our warranty/workmen's ship policy that if he wanted warranty repairs done, he would need to bring his vehicle back to *** so we could repair his vehicle at no cost to himHe declined our offer due to him not wanting to drive back to our fadlity to have repairs madeI offered to refund him the $diagnostic fee, and again suggested he bring his car back so we could repair it for himMr*** asked if I personally would have driven back to *** for the repair, and I told him I would haveMr*** then said the $wasn't good enough and hung up the phone
