September 30, 2015Dear ***,I am writing to you in regards to the complaint that was submitted on 9/21/(***).I promptly spoke with our server who waited on this table of seven peopleThe server stated that there were no problems at the tableIn fact our server was surprised by the
complaint because the entire table ate all their mealsWhen she checked on the table after they started their meals, the customers stated that "everything was delicious'The customer called the next day and complained to our manager Scott about their mealsScott had explained our policy to the customerIf a customer dining at our establishment is not satisfied with their meal and complains to their server, the server will then tell the manager about the complaintThe manager will do one of two things depending on what the customer would prefer; either replaces the meal or takes the meal off the guest check.How do we proceed from here?If you would like to e-mail me my address is ***@coopers-seafood.com.Sincerely,Paul C
