Hi [redacted]I have sent payment by check which did not arrive. I have made arrangements to drop off another check, and she has told me if she receives the original check she will not...
cash that one as well. As to the original complaint I had told her I would give her a refund after going back and forth over my policies which state no refunds on special offers due to most of that money going to charities. I decided to refund her because I was not wanting hard feelings, however at the time did not have the money. I also have bills and taxes to pay.
