Beware! I recently brought in an item simply asking for the estimated charge for repair The only person there was unable to do so but I was told I would receive a call by the next day if I left the item I did so The next day came and no call I called in the PM & was told that they were too busy to get to me The same thing happened & I continued to receive the same response after calling for a couple more days until I had no other choice but to pick up my broken item in order to bring to another glass repair item willing to provide basic business service & actually care about a customer I guess that I was NOT important enough! What a horribly run business!! Never again!!
Not very good customer service. Set up an appointment time and then never showed up. Spoke with someone named Kathy regarding an appointment that had been on the calendar for two weeks and was just told they had decided to "take a pass on our job". I believe a phone call the day before would have been polite. This speaks to the integrity and customer service of a company that commits to a day and time and doesn't show up. Think twice before using this business.
