Review: On Jan. 16, 2012 I requested your assistance in solving a problem with Hanover Group Builders. Their address at that time was [redacted], PA [redacted] (Same as [redacted]). Our house (purchased in 2005) has had water leaking into it since we first moved in and as of this date have the same leak. I contacted Christopher Z[redacted] (builder) on June 16th, 2014 and still have not heard from him even though he stated he would get back to us shortly. 9 years of leaks in the same area is enough. This problem has to be FIXED.Desired Settlement: FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
