Hanover Hearth and Pellet

Review: I have contacted this business on numerous occasions for assistance. In the spring, they scheduled appointments and did not show resulting in missed work days for me. Most recently, I contacted them regarding warrently work on a very high end wood stove they sold to me and installed and they are not returning my call or my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the warrently. I contacted the manufacturer and they basically told me that the repairs have to be done from the store where I purchased the wood stove.

Review: I ordered 6 tons of wood pellet heating fuel from Hanover Hearth and Pellet on 5/17/13 and paid $1,320.00 with my credit card. As of 12/27/13, I have only received 3 tons of pellets. My wife called the owner, **. [redacted] the week of 1/13/14 and left a message asking that he call to resolve this issue. She called again on 1/20/14 and left another message asking that he contact us to resolve this issue. I called **. [redacted] on 1/23/14 and left a message that a return call from him was needed to finally resolve this. **. [redacted] did call us back that same day and told me that he would be refunding our credit card in the amount of $660.00 and that if I sent him an email, he would reply back with proof that the credit had been issued. My wife called later that evening to verify that this was how the issue would be resolved and he gave her the email address([redacted]). My wife emailed him then asking for proof of the credit being issued. After not receiving a reply, she sent **. [redacted] another email. Again, no response. I contacted my credit card company today, 1/25/14, and was told that they had received no information about a credit being issued to our credit card. I have called **. [redacted] several times today at his business and on his cell phone and left messages asking for a return call back. As of now, I have not received any calls from **. [redacted]. The business showroom has not been open it's listed hours for several weeks now.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] of Hanover Hearth and Pellet to credit $660.00 to my credit card as he stated he would on 1/23/14.
