Review: Under new management for the third time since I've been going there the past 10 years and it continues to get worse. This latest management arbitrarily disables your ball machine key that you replenished for $150 the first week they took ownership. This is the second time they've disabled my range ball machine team since they've taken ownership. On October 20th, 2015 I attempted to use my debit card for $150 to replenish my golfball range key with 50 more buckets of ball. One of the new owners said they did not have their credit card machine installed yet and could only accept cash until their credit card machine was installed. The following day I brought in $150 cash and paid to replenish my driving range key with 50 more buckets of balls. Approximately November 18th my driving range key was disabled and I had to get them to reset it after convincing them I paid them $150 in cash. Again, January 2nd, my driving range key was disabled again and I again had to convince them I paid them $150 is cash in October for 50 more buckets. Apparently they are unable to keep adequate records to determine which customers have paid them money and those who have not. Therefore, they simply disable all range keys. I have had my range key for four years and I have bank records on my debit card to show I have spent over $2,000 there replenishing my range key about four times a year at $150 each. Apparently that means nothing to the new management and they treat all customers the same. Since they have no records nor are they able to create new records they assume all customers prior to their ownership are not valued customers.

This place is still a dump. They have the same mats they've had for the past 5-10 years. Rubber tees need replacing. Putt putt course needs repair. Windows broken.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to put a process in place to ensure paying customers are rendered the services they paid for and cease trying to defraud paying customers from the services they've already paid for.
