I took my Automobile in for a Diagnostic test only, and when it was diagnos the repair person told me he change oil, I did give permission to do an oil change, now he is try to charge me for it. This Business has several different names [redacted] Auto Care,[redacted] automotive, [redacted]. I did not give him permission to do nothing, now he is try to over charge me as if he made repairs.Desired Settlement50.00 dollarsBusiness Response What The Customer Failed to tell is that the vehicle brought to us NOT RUNNING and the order was to get it running we did and she was advised that the head gasket is blown and she was told her options and she asked if she can drive it like that and we advised her that she can if she keeps checking the fluids and change the oil on shorter intervals and the vehicle might last one day and it might last 2 years so she asked for the oil to be changed. Her Total bill is $170 including Spark plugs wires, camshaft sensor and Oil change !!! That price was heavily discounted Because her brother is a good customer But she realized she had to junk the car and regretted changing the oil!!! We strive to meet the demands of our customers but this is a clear example on the fact that there is some customers "very few thank God" are impossible to please. As For the Name the shop Name is Hans Auto Care the Owner Name is [redacted]. Schultz and other name She mentions came out of her own imaginations to give the illusion that this is less than a legitimate Business.

HELLO I AM A UNSTASFIED CUSTOMER,THIS MAN IS VERY RUDE,&UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE TOTALLY BEEN RIPPED OFF.Hello I am [redacted] owner of vehicle,I called Mr.[redacted] explained the problem that was occuring with my vehicle and things were fine he stated he can have it towed ,and will fix vehicle was towed same day .Mr [redacted] stated its ignition control module im not sure what that is,I did [redacted] the symptoms that occured with vehicle and infact stated that was the problem as well..Mr [redacted] had vehicle two days had it ready I could not get vehicle until two days later due to funds,which I explained and Mr [redacted] was fine with that.Followed up as planned as far as picking up vehicle,picked vechile up everything seemed fine.The next morning vehicle was fine as well,got off work 8hour shift. drove to gas station,vehicle did the exact samething I recommended [redacted] services for in the firsr place no crank at all.I simply called owner ([redacted])and 30-45 mins later he came to tow car away from gas station to his shop.Next business day contacted owner([redacted]) to.see what the problem was,he stated computer went out. Asked for me to call/ price computer which had me confused him being the mechanic but I did contacted [redacted] back a few times and days about computer far as who had it in/out of stock,along with different price range.He stated whatever I want to do is up to me because all rhat would cause him more time.I ordered part (computer )took it to [redacted] business. and he stated he would work on it later that day.Text Mr [redacted] the next day asking when will my vehicle be ready..no reply,called mr [redacted].no answer called shop no answer..The next business day I called again.no answer, sent text again ..[redacted] replied he can't figure it out I can take vehicle to another shop.I texted one return I will need my money back the job isn't done.No response,I texted back after work I will be to shop.Went to shop after work Mr [redacted] was there awaiting .I came with family mr [redacted] was very rude yelling..stating car ran when I left the. shop the first time as if I did something to vehicle thatDesired SettlementI would like my money refunded due to the fact my vehicle was not fixed as I was told,also I wasn't treated fairly as a customer after I spent my money.I have rights as a customer.I had to send my car to another shop ,they told me the same problem. which was what he supposedly fixed.He isnt business oriented.Business Response Case # XXXXXXXX Ms. [redacted]The customer called me for a no crank/No start condition, I towed the vehicle to the shop it was diagnosed with a bad ignition switch. I contacted her and I quoted her $500 for parts and labor and she agreed the vehicle was repaired and left at the shop for 3-4 days for her to come up with money and I agreed not to charge her storage fees because of the story she gave me. 3-4 days later she called with the same symptoms. so I towed the vehicle to may shop thinking that it was cause by the same part which will be covered by my warranty . it wasn't it was the ECU or one of its modules I advised her of that and I helped her in getting the right part. It seems that Ms [redacted] thinks that its the shop obligation to shop used parts for her vehicle of course it is not and in this case the new ECM is in the thousands of dollars. When she bought the part she kept indicating that its my fault and she is not willing to spend any more money since I already spend a lot of time diagnosing and trying to help her buy a used part the she is not going to pay me for my time I decided to stop working on the vehicle and forgive my tow fee and the diagnosis fee. and I told her to take the vehicle to another shop. She did and they told me that they told her it was ignition Module his is different than the Ignition Switch. Any way 3-4 days later she came in with a man demanding her money back and with threats and belligerence the police were called and they were asked to leave. I did go out of my way to help this customer but it was impossible to reach any solution.Hans Auto Care[redacted] XXXXX[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Mr [redacted] is indeed telling the truth as far as me telling diagnosis with vehicle,and after he so called repaired vehicle which I would like to say was on a Monday he stated he was done repairing vehicle I did not have the full $550 so yes I did tell him it would be Thursday evening before I can pick of vehicle. He had no problem with it infact if he did he should have called me as a customer stating car was ready and has to be removed off his property. I picked up vehicle Thursday morning before work instead of thrusday evening.Mr [redacted] or noone was at shop as suppose to business hours!i called mr [redacted] asking when will he be to open business I'm here awaiting to get vehicle. He stated he'll he there 20mins 30mins past noone insight.. I called again he said a guy should be there..I stated oh ok I thought I was awaiting on you..He told me he would take care of me(the worker)...I paid the worker and left place of business. (Thursday morning) Car was ok from my knowledge it gotten my to work then home...back to work Friday morning..Friday evening around 445 car did exact problem it had occurring in the first place..SO of course I called mechanic (mr [redacted])immediately and told him it was doing the exact same problem which was the reason I requested his services. He asked my location and stated give him 30mins he'll come tow vehicle and he'll call me..he stated he towed car numerous of times in his report for free..no the first time was to get to shop from my home and he stated if your getting vehicle repaired at shop after diagnosis he wave the fee..the second time which was the next day after vehicle was suposely repaired that's on him after getting services at any business car repaired it states you have numerous of days to return I had my vehicle 24hrs not 3-4 days I have witnesses .. ..Mr [redacted] is coming as a victim only after the fact I requested my money back before then it was not one problem...He states he was taking time out his day helping me if course I am a customer those are my rights!!!! After the fac that my vehicle went back to Mr [redacted] place of business(Friday) I called sat concerned of course because I have no other means of getting around he stated it was the computer, suggested me to do everything far as getting part... I thought as a car repairer that was his job ...but u did it after him telling me different places to go check for part..neither place had part for my vehicle.. So of course I would call mr [redacted] to inform I had not found part any places he said suggested.. I then [redacted] different places. Found a place orderd part..Called [redacted] to inform him on that and via text as well when part arrive I will bring to business.. Part arrived I took to mr [redacted] repair shop(Saturday) he stated he had someone in office was going to work on vehicle later that day .Sunday I sent via text asking about vehicle no response.. Monday morning I sent another message asking when will vehicle available for pick up no response.. I then called business phone no response I left a voicemail. Few hours text mr [redacted] cell again via message that is when he replied I can come get vehicle and take elsewhere he can not figure it out...he stated nothing about any fees I owe nothing about anything.... Until I asked him to give me a refund do to improper business..... I am.a woman mr [redacted] clearly got over on me and did not do as he said charged me for nothing apparently quick money for his pockets...I do not have free money to give out I m.a working single mother of three... A rip off is exactly what this is ....I have no reason at all to be dishonest.. Because at the end if the day I had to send my vehicle to an second shop meaning me spending more money;!!!yes mr [redacted] was very nice at first, until I requested money back all kinds of unmentionable things came out....Right is right, wrong is wrong he is a rip of!i am not satisfied period I will need my money back...
