Worst ever!!! I had issues with them last yearA worker came to check out my unit but in the process bent this tube in the furnace section trying to say there was a leak....mind you he wasn't supposed to be looking at the tube but he said he was being "thorough." Anywho, me being me I got clips of it as I watched from the kitchen and asked why was he messing with that partLong story short, I told the lady at Hans that he couldn't come back out to my house and he couldn't finish the work (replace the control board- which was what the issue was)So another dude came out, I told him about my issue and he finished the workAlso told her my daddy warned me not to use them (after the fact) because there was some write up in newspaper a few years back about themShe apologized and was supposed to note itWell, this year she's been calling about their AC Tune Ups and I was declining them...really had a bad taste in my mouth from last timeLast time talked with her she really sold it talking about they would do routine maintenance, check for issues and correct minor issues like freon.....With it being so hot and my AC been working overtime, I'm like this may be okayI do the appt today and who shows up but worker who is not allowed at my houseThen he says yeah, it's still leaking, I think I'm the one who found it last timeUuumm, sir you're not allowed at my house!!! AND if you can check it the way you just did why did you bend my tube the last time? So you know I called the company and had words words with themShe tried to say they didn't know and I proceed to tell her how she knew and that they need to take me out of their database Now I've taken off work for this mess, then they want to charge me extra for freon $per pound for 2-pounds worth, on top of the "tune-up" cost ð??³! But you did nothing in the "tune up" - you basically volunteered (asked to come) to come to my house to check on my AC then charged me for it

Service technician advised that part was $and I agreed to price to get heating repaired during extreme cold conditionsI was skeptical of the price but needed repair done as I have two elderly parents at the house with meI checked the cost of the part which was less than dollarsThis is predatory pricing given the circumstances
HANS just serviced the unit days before and said everything was okay

My sister who is terminally ill called Hans for an A/C problem the tech gave us a price of $on the low end and $on the high end, to replace various parts and the top end price included a NON TRANSFERABLE lifetime warranty
I contacted another vendor and he inspected the unit and all it needed was a recharge
The issue that makes me mad is the fact that these guys
A: wanted to charge her a minimum of $and the other guy charged $
B: None of the repairs specified needed to be done
C: How do you sleep at night?
