Revdex.com:
I accept the financial terms allowing $60.00 monthly payments until the amount of $408.77 is paid and that the outstanding balance will not be reported to the Credit Bureau.
The Explanation of Benefits by [redacted] as reported to me by [redacted] was sent to Hansen and Associates when it was sent to me. I received Explanation of Benefits March 14, 2016. The bill from Hansen and Associates received on March 23, 2016 did not reflect the amount [redacted] would pay. To date, I have not received an accurate bill from Hansen and Associates.
I disagree with Renee'Hansen that the responsibility for knowing if a business is a "network" provider falls to the client. This is a shared responsibility. I was incorrectly reassured by the service provider that [redacted] was an accepted network provider. Yes, in the future I will not trust that any business I deal with is providing accurate insurance information.
The fact I had to go this route without any contact from Hansen and Associates to resolve the bill despite my email to Renee' Hansen requesting help in resolving this matter clearly shows a lack of care for her clients.

Dear Mr....

[redacted]; In January, the potential client had called Hansen and Associates requesting to see  specific provider. She had questioned if we take [redacted] and I indicated that we had. There was no comments, from either one of us, if we were in network or out of network. My receptionist asks if they have insurance and then refers them to myself to discuss the presenting problem and insurance information. The first mention or concern of "in network versus out of network" came from the client through her counselor on February 27, second e-mail from the client was on February 29, and I was able to respond back to her on March 1, 2016.  I responded that I was surprised there was a problem because [redacted] was good to work with and I would check the issue with the tax ID and resubmit the claims. I did not state about a payment of $550.00 to be paid in full, because I did not have access to the billing computer at the time and I was unaware of the balance amount for this case. [redacted], with [redacted], also indicates as the owner of the policy; it is the owner's responsibility ( as explained in their insurance packet) as to "in network versus out of network". They can also call [redacted] or check online as to providers whom are in network, prior to calling that provider.
[redacted] can take between 30 to 60 days to process payments, therefore a statement from Hansen and Associates may be received prior to notification of discounts, or reimbursements from the insurance company. We have received from [redacted] the claim information in March and have applied the discounts to the dates of service. The discount applied from [redacted] was a total of $141.23 leaving a balance of 408.77 dollars for the client.
We accept the conditions of payment. As long as the payments are paid on a monthly basis we will not report to the Credit Bureau. We also do not charge interest on the balance of the account. Sincerely Renee' Hansen, CEO
