Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would like for the record to state I did not place an order He interpreted my request for a price as an order Second I signed no contract and an email saying you have days to cancel is not a binding contract in the state of Utah The fine print in his email that he did not share with you clearly states Neither the footer nor anything else in this e-mail is intended or constitutes an electronic signature and/or legally binding agreementI was never contact and no voice mails were left either The only phone call was initiated by me when I received the invoice for services not contracted In that phone call he claimed the email sent me was a contract and lack of response constituted acceptance This violates Utah law from my understanding as a contract can not be put in place by non action a contract requires positive action to be agreed on i.esignature when asking him to void the invoice his response was no I let him know my next step was to file a complaint with the Revdex.com He again declined to address the concern I hung up and filled the complaint and immediately sent him an email with the details to insure I was giving him every opportunity to address my concerns Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] ordered a survey on June 6, When ordering, he gave me his address, phone number, email address and the description of what he wanted surveyed We prepared a "Confirmation of Work Ordered" form (see attached) and emailed it to him About two weeks after we sent that off, I called [redacted] and left a message that we had not received the signed Work Order I believe I made another call a week later I had time involved in putting the required data together to start the survey which amounted to hour of my time After no response and as clearly noted on the Work Order, "IF YOU PLAN TO CANCEL PLEASE CONTACT HANSEN & ASSOCIATES, INCIMMEDIATELY OR YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR WORK ALREADY COMPLETED", we sent an invoice to [redacted] for $ He finally contacted me and claimed he did not order the survey After a bit of an argument over the phone, he sent an email (see attached emails) stating that he filed an complaint with the Revdex.com.The next morning I returned an email stating we canceled the invoice and that I expected him to resolve the issue with the complaint he filed with the Revdex.com.The invoice has been canceled and a statement was also sent to [redacted] dated 07/19/showing a zero balanceTo the best of my knowledge, this is the first and only complaint filed against HAI with the Revdex.com in our years of businessK [redacted] H***

Revdex.com: I accept the financial terms allowing $monthly payments until the amount of $is paid and that the outstanding balance will not be reported to the Credit BureauThe Explanation of Benefits by [redacted] as reported to me by [redacted] was sent to Hansen and Associates when it was sent to meI received Explanation of Benefits March 14, The bill from Hansen and Associates received on March 23, did not reflect the amount [redacted] would payTo date, I have not received an accurate bill from Hansen and AssociatesI disagree with Renee'Hansen that the responsibility for knowing if a business is a "network" provider falls to the clientThis is a shared responsibilityI was incorrectly reassured by the service provider that [redacted] was an accepted network providerYes, in the future I will not trust that any business I deal with is providing accurate insurance information The fact I had to go this route without any contact from Hansen and Associates to resolve the bill despite my email to Renee' Hansen requesting help in resolving this matter clearly shows a lack of care for her clients
