In reference to complaint ID ***, after several back and forth communications with the owner I was able to resolve this complaint satisfactorily The owner was belligerent throughout the process and difficult to deal with It wasn't until I began
filing a complaint against his license with the state that he sent out a revised bill for just the materials I have paid the bill and consider it closed
