I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to put a big blue tarp over my roof because the roofer cannot find his own leak. When we were standing in the room where the water was running down the wall and the roofer specifically said "If it leaks again, it is not my roof" I would like t know whose roof does he think it is. We are standing on the floor and the only thing between us and the sky is HIS roof. So if it is not his roof that is leaking, what is it supposed to be? The window was not open. I have made sure to let everyone know not to use this business because they do not stand behind their work and deny responsibility when the only explanation is that their roofing job is leaking.

My brother went out twice to try and get the issue resolved. The first time he replaced two bundles of shingles to try to repair the leak, the second time he replaced a bigger section about 3 sq's which is nine bundles. The 3rd time the customer called my brother recommended to put a tarp over the...

chimney to check if it was coming from there but he declined. after that we never got a call until we received an email from you. He is requesting $ 1,000.00 from us as reimbursement from work he had done by another contractor and we want to know where the leak was coming from. He said he got it fixed we also want proof of work done and a receipt that he paid that money.
